Safe Systems ("we", "us") builds small, focused web tools for businesses. This page explains what data we collect across our site and tools, why, and what choices you have. It applies to safesystems.tech and to the tools we operate under it, including the Process Cost Calculator.
We are a small, independent operation based in Slovenia. If anything here is unclear, write to us — contact details are at the bottom of this page.

What we collect, and why

We do not sell data to anyone. We do not run advertising, and we do not share what you enter into a calculator with third parties except the processors listed below, strictly to deliver the service you asked for.
Processors we use
Stripe
Payment processing for paid briefs. Stripe is its own data controller for payment data — see stripe.com/privacy.
Supabase
Database hosting (EU region) for stored calculator sessions and generated briefs tied to a paid order.
Anthropic
Generates the written content of a paid brief from the numbers and answers you provide. Anthropic processes this data to produce the brief and does not use it to train models, per Anthropic's API terms.
Resend
Sends you the email link to your brief once it's ready.
Vercel
Hosts this website and the tools linked from it.
Cookies
The site itself needs no cookies to function. If you accept the cookie banner, we load a minimal analytics script to see which pages get used — nothing loads before you choose, and declining changes nothing about how the site or tools work for you.
How long we keep data
- Calculator inputs you don't pay to turn into a brief: never sent to us, live only in your browser, gone when you close the tab.
- A paid brief and the numbers behind it: kept so you can return to it, deleted on request.
- Email correspondence: kept as long as reasonably needed to handle the matter it relates to.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to how we use it. Write to safesystems.tech@proton.me and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si) if you believe we've mishandled your data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't reduce your rights under an earlier version without telling you.
